After several years as a journalist and trend analyst in New York and Los Angeles, I founded PopFoodie Media – a company that identifies and translates U.S. food trends for the European market.

PopFoodie Media offers tailored insight reports, trend presentations, curated scout trips, and content strategies for brands in the food and lifestyle sectors. Each project is built around a custom team to meet the client’s specific goals.
